We accept most insurance plans, including: Medicare, PPO's, HMO's, Worker's Compensation and commercial insurance plans. Each insurance plan outlines rules regarding treatment and coverage for physical therapy services. Copays and services not covered by the insurance provider are the responsiblity of the patient. Please contact us if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.
It depends on your insurance plan. No referral is required for a consultation regarding our services and it may or may not be needed before you start therapy. Please contact our office, we will be happy to help determine if you need a referral.

A consultation is a thorough evaluation by a qualified physical therapist to determine if you could benefit from the Lordex Spine System. It is a complimentary service with no cost to you or your insurance company. If you & your therapist decide to begin treatment, we will set up appointment. Charges for appointments will be submitted to your insurance company.
Try using the RICE method: REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, and ELEVATION to minimize the amount of swelling and further complications. When you begin physical therapy, your therapist will start an individualized therapy program to help alleviate these symptoms.
